Terms of Service

security.gift (“security.gift,” “we,” “us”) is a technology platform operated by Security Gift, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We provide a marketplace that connects Customers seeking security services with independent, licensed Security Companies (“Partners”) capable of providing those services.

We are not a security guard company. We do not employ guards, control pricing, dispatch personnel, or directly provide security services. All security services are provided by independently licensed Partners.

To use security.gift you must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

When you submit a booking request, we match your request with a Partner based on service type, location, and availability. The Partner—not security.gift—will confirm, dispatch, and deliver the security services. The Partner is solely responsible for the conduct of its personnel.

• Pricing is set by the Partner and displayed before you confirm a booking.
• security.gift retains a platform fee from each transaction. The remainder is paid to the Partner.
• Cancellations more than 24 hours before service: full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: subject to Partner's cancellation policy (displayed at booking).
• Disputes regarding services delivered are between you and the Partner; security.gift may facilitate but does not adjudicate.

• Provide accurate booking details, location, and contact information.
• Ensure lawful purpose for the requested services.
• Do not request services for illegal activity, harassment, intimidation, or any prohibited purpose.
• Treat Partner personnel with respect and provide a safe work environment.

Partners may use the platform's field-log tools (timestamped photos, GPS check-ins) to document service delivery. By booking, you consent to the creation and retention of such documentation in connection with your booking. Texas is a one-party consent state for audio recording.

security.gift is a technology platform. We do not guarantee any specific outcome of security services. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of Partners or their personnel
• Loss, damage, or injury arising from the security services
• Disputes between Customers and Partners
• Delays, cancellations, or unavailability of Partners

Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to security.gift in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold security.gift harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the platform, your interactions with Partners, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute must be brought in state or federal court located in Harris County, Texas, except as required by law. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
